In Life, as in the construction business, one truth holds fast. The strength of the foundation determines the ultimate success or failure. A strong foundation promotes endurance and growth.

When T&W Construction Inc. was founded about 40 years ago. Gary Winterton and Jay Tuggle started the foundation with a solid three fold commitment. Commitment that begins and ends with our Customers. We recognize that our customers are the most important and irreplaceable assets of our company. As such we are dedicated to treat them with respect and concern they deserve, and do everything within our capabilities to provide them with solutions of complete and lasting satisfaction.
This foundation and commitment has paid off in many ways. We have received Builder of the year in the Charleston region in 1995 and again in 1999. We also have 26 years of service with Butler/Brock and Lester Building Systems. We have received 11 Lester Award of Excellence honors.We have also had the honor of erecting a building in Poland in the early 1990s which was a wonderful experience for everyone involved.

T&W Construction has been a supporter of our 4-H and FFA sale programs, we are also a member of GEAPS (Grain Elevator and Processing Society) and the Michigan Postframe Building Association.
